Owner menu map
Owner menu map
Every item in the space's admin menu (the ⋮ menu on a space card, and the menu in the navigator header): what it opens, who sees it, and where it is explained.
An item you cannot see is not a bug: the menu hides what you have no right to use. If you expect an item and it is missing, check your rights against the third column and ask an owner. Right names are explained in the .

Automations | Rules that act on data automatically | Owner | |
Agents | AI agents, and the choice of platform key or your own key (the Agent AI provider panel needs Manage Members). An agent that answers on a channel is set up here too (Inbound channels (trigger), Escalation group) | Shown to everyone; the page needs Edit | |
Audit log | Who changed the space's structure, and undo of those changes. Navigator only | Manage Members; undo also needs Edit on each target document | |

Portal builder | Opens the builder | A platform-level right (manage projects), not the space Owner right | Not covered; ask your administrator |
Export / Import | Move a whole workspace as a JSON file | Owner | |
Duplicate project | Full copy of the space. Rules that email or message, call outside addresses, run agents, open payment links, transcribe audio or fetch exchange rates are copied switched off. Hide from my list / Show in my list | Your own project list only. Never changes anyone's access | Anyone | |

Clear tables data… | Delete rows from tables you pick; structure stays | Owner | |
Delete Space | Permanently delete the space | Owner who is billed for it; or a platform administrator. An unbilled space can be deleted by any owner |
Connectors
Connectors are added from the navigator, not from the admin menu: the arrow beside New Document, then Advanced, then New connector…. Only an Owner can add, change, test or run a connector.
Two menus, not one
The navigator header has two buttons that look alike:
The cog (Admin) opens the admin menu mapped above.
Project Outlines (the layout-list button) opens a second menu with the building-and-structure tools: Asset Library, Person Directories, Working Calendars, FX rates, External Portals and Set up from modules.
Item only in Project Outlines | You need |
|---|---|
Person Directories | Owner |
Module install and Import module… (inside Set up from modules) | Owner |
Set up from modules | Owner |
FX rates | Read to view, Edit to change |
If you cannot find an item here, look in the other menu.
Not in either space menu
Billing & usage is in your profile menu, not the space menu.
Per-table Clear table data… is in the table's Data menu (Owner).
The demo flag and its One-click guest link, and Portal builder, need a platform-level right, not space Owner.
Space features that depend on your administrator
In Edit, Software development appears only if an administrator has enabled it for the installation, and Demo space only for platform administrators. Agents and Portal AI appear to every owner. Portal AI sets the same flag as the AI assistant switch in External Portals → Overview: the first needs Owner, the second Manage Members.
Reading the "You need" column
Manage Members and Owner are checked again on the server, so a hidden item cannot be reached by guessing its link.
A few pages (Agents, Asset Library) are visible to everyone for discoverability but refuse changes without Edit.
Plan limits can hide or lock items on top of rights. Backups is the clearest example.
